Waited 35 minutes to be seen (despite booking an appointment) as they had clearly overbooked. Had 3 different nail technicians as they were chopping and changing, and rather than an apology for the delay I was simply asked to pay extra for a removal - there is no option for this online and no card payments in the salon. However, a fairly decent reliable manicure. As long as you don’t mind being on the client conveyor belt.

Pedicure was nice, staff were very helpful when choosing how to get my hands as I wanted French tip but suggested just getting natural pink over the acrylic and it looks lovely! Definitely prefer. Thanks so much.

The salon was very busy when I arrived it was clear that the staff were working as fast as they could, but it was a little chaotic. My manicure is still going strong 3 weeks later though so can't complain!
