The technician and my lashes were great. I loved the result and she was brilliant. However the customer service at the entrance / nail area was rough to say the least. I’m not sure if it was because I didn’t look like their usual clients or that they were simply too busy but I was practically dismissed from the moment I entered. No one told me if there would be a wait (there was) and I’m 99% no one informed the technician that I had arrived. I was very much made to feel invisible so be prepared.

Was a bit chaotic but the staff were really good and the eyelash perm I was was perfect, difficult to find someone who can do good eyelash perms. Definitely recommend for lash perms and eyebrows here.
