This was one of the worst nail salon experiences ever. When I arrived, it was completely packed with no desk spaces available. The atmosphere was disorganised and chaotic, with staff members dropping items and shouting across the salon.
I was shocked to be put on a pedicure seat and then the technician put a cushion and towel on my lap. This is not how a manicure experience should go and then midway through my appointment a new technician took over my nails. Very unprofessional and terrible.
