Barnetts is a wonderful salon offering an excellent service with affordable prices. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are really friendly too !! Kat always cuts my hair for me and I love it. I really should go more often.

I had booked my appt online, before I got there I called and spoke to Kat that I would be arriving around 5 or 10 minutes later. I arrived there just 5 minutes later and she starting asking me why I have booked it online and she stated the website was wrong about the price and wanted charge me £3 more, she continued to complain about my few minutes later while was washing my hair. It was very poor washing. Anyway I will not go back there anymore. There are more trouble issues, but no space here.
