Ruby understood exactly what I wanted immediately. I have very thin hair and just wanted a trim of my fringe and hair. Without taking too much off she gave it more body and lift than it’s had for years. She was warm and friendly and made the whole experience very relaxing. I’m getting loads of compliments and it still feels great!
