Kat took a lot of time and trouble, I was happy with haircut. She made sure I was satisfied.
Next time I wd prefer to have just the haircut and not the hair wash.

I visited this salon recently and had a good experience with the hairdresser. They were incredibly polite and funny, making the visit enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the results of my hair dye. There were noticeable gaps where the colour didn't take, which gave it an uneven and unprofessional appearance. While the atmosphere was great, the quality of the dye job didn’t meet my expectations, and I left feeling a bit unsatisfied.

I am always very pleased with my haircut from Kat. She is very pleasant and attentive and always asks what way I wish it to be cut. It's good to be offered a lovely cup of coffee and biscuits every time. Always a pleasant experience and would highly recommend.
