Stylist was rushed and didn’t do a proper consultation with me ahead of the cut. As a result my hair is a good inch or two shorter than requested - it’s wavy so I specified the length I wanted it when dry. She only noticed my hair has a wave to it when blow drying after the cut... Perhaps I should have ensured she understood but equally I’d expect a stylist to notice a detail like that.
The staff seem lovely and I like to support local businesses but this is my second cut here (the first was fine but nothing special) so won’t be returning.

Great that they offer a simple wash and cut (I hate getting my hair blow dried) so this is always a winner for me. Been a few times now and always very polite, very quick and thorough, just what I needed
