Hattie was great, she really listened to what I wanted and I’m really pleased with the results. I got a T-section highlights and she made sure the colour matched the ends of my hair. I felt like I was in safe hands! I was offered a hot drink and there were a selection of up-to-date magazines. Nothing worse than reading some tatty hello magazine from last year. The girl that washed my hair was lovely too so overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
