On arrival we spoke about how healthier my hair was. When my hair was being dried the dryer kept overheating she stops to turn it off give it a blow but continues, it happens over and over. Surely you’d get a different hair dryer? the smell of burnt hair worried me at this point. Once my hair was dry I was made to feel so insecure by them asking if I add loads of heat. She took no responsibility, had no empathy . My hair is fried and stripey. 6 months of growing out to have my hair is ruined!
