I’ve been coming here for a few years now but have found recently that they tend to overbook, with 1 stylist working on 2 or even 3 clients at the same time. It doesn’t really feel like a relaxing experience and I don’t feel like my stylist really listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a haircut that I’m not super happy with. It’s a shame as they are really talented so I just wish they would focus on quality rather than quantity.
