I wasn't sure what to expect when I first booked my backcial with Juliette. I'd never had one before but with a holiday around the corner and my wedding (and backless dress) on the cards, I was interested to see how it turned out. The results were incredible.
Arriving at the Swedish-style hut on the river, I felt a million miles from the office I'd just raced from in zone 1. Having a car in this instance was a blessing, as it was quite far from public transport links –but that wasn't a bad thing in my case.
Juliette made me feel right at home before going to work on my back. She even addressed a couple of life-long issues that I thought I'd tried everything for, by recommending a change in diet and inclusion of different supplements. As a nutritionist and formulator for her own range of 100% natural, mainly organic products, she was well-qualified to give me loads of advice and product recommendations that I've since bought and hope will keep my skin glowing.
After the treatment, my back felt incredible – softer than I'd ever known it! I'll definitely be back in the next month or two, whether for another backcial or for something similar, that I'm sure she'll practice equally as well.
Juliette the founder of BareSkin Beauty is really knowledgeable and only uses natural products which she makes herself. The Ear candling treatment was good and i felt clear headed after the treatment, however I guess you could do it at home you would just need to buy the candles.
To get to the venue you would need a car. However the room inside the venue was quite quirky like a little holistic kitchen. The products used are all natural and homemade. The clarifying back cleanse was nice. It has been quite a few days and my back is still smooth.
Wow. What a revelation- this was one the best treatments I have ever had-and I have had a lot in my life!
I wasn't sure about the location but once I was there it was amazing. Juliette the therapist, and Founder of the company knows her stuff and I haven't looked so healthy in a long time!!
The products are made from pure food grade ingredients that are so good you could eat them apparently! For their quality I would have thought I would have had to pay more but for what they are made from they are great value-and they are all handmade! I am a bit of a products junkie and sometime have tried to make stuff myself so I know that things like organic shea butter is not cheap so this moment with the lovely feeling and result from the special lamp used I was over the moon at the results. I bought a skin starter set at the time and have been using it for a few weeks- it took about a week for my skin to adjust but now it is really soft and the pores on my noses have reduced-the clay in the cleanser apparently. I have tried so many things over the last few years and finally, after giving up, I have found a brand that works for me. I am a keen convert!
I haven't ever had people compliment me on how well I was looking in the following days but I did after have a treatment here. Cannot wait to go back- try it is all I can say as you won't be disappointed!
Not sure where to start with my praise for both Juliette and Bare Skin Beauty. A friend of mine recommended I try Juliette's products, and after seeing how great her skin was I thought it was good advice to follow. I have since met with Juliette and had the most relaxing facial and had a cellulite treatment. The quality of the ingrediants used for my treatments was second to none, to they point they are so pure and natural I'm pretty sure you could eat them. They smell that good too. After my facial, my skin not only glowed but had a beautiful plump feeling too - Delighted with the results. Hellllloooo Skin.
I also think it is worth mentioning the cellulite treatment which I had done before my holiday. While it didn't totally eradicate the cellulite it made a big improvement and was a relaxing treatment to receive. Next time I think I will book a course of several to get the full benefit.
