Asked for a basic hair cut where I wanted to keep my length. i ended with a short crew cut and now my hair is too short! this showed that the hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted.

Really nice beautician. I paid for an express shellac manicure but think the lady only did a file and polish as no work was done to cuticles as stated in the description

I don't think the stylist was having a good day - she wasn't very happy to do my hair. It was kinda rough and painful. And, once finished, I had a Hitler hair style. I was pretty miffed. Looked nothing like I asked or the picture I showed, obviously! Got home, re-styled myself and got it looking better. Not worth the price. My usual £9 barber is much better.
