The spa was incredible, all our needs were seen to instantly and you felt like there was always someone waiting to help you.
The bed and room was fantastic. The bed was like a marshmallow, I was asleep within a minute.
Unfortunately the gym was being refurbished when we turned up so couldn't use them. The treatments and food were both excellent. You do have to know when things arent for free like bottles of water etc.
The price may seem daunting at first but when you list exactly what you get it's a very good amount for the cost.
Staff were really helpful and polite, food was amazing! Spa facilities were good although I wish there was a bigger a gym.
Heavenly bliss Spa break was very good value. The staff at Charlton House are extremely friendly both in the hotel and spa. Facial was very good value. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was amazing, as was the quality of the food. We are arranging to go back in the Spring, together with my two daughters. Wonderful experience.
Spa and massages and facials was excellent, we had a nice room which had a beautiful view nice gardens however the carpets/mirrors need replacing as it makes it look dated.
Wonderful venue in a traditional setting. Total relaxation with a warm welcome by the reception staff. Great massage by Sophie - first treatment that hit all those tension spots. Food was amazing, delicious and beautifully presented, and all restaurant staff were so friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Overall a great experience email and I would definitely rebook.
