We arrived for my daughter’s appointment time 10.20am. When we arrived we were told that the beautician was running late. She had actually just walked through the door and there was a person waiting ahead of us who had already been there for half an hour.
We finally got seen at 11.10am!!! 50 minutes after our appointment time. Maria was wearing a mask but her nose wasn’t covered. I asked her to make sure her nose was covered which she didn’t.
Just a phone call and wear the mask properly.
