Ruined my hair the first time I got balayage done it went ginger I paid £100 and on top of that the person who done my hair ruined my £200 trainers by dropping bleach on them a week later I went back to get it fixed as they suggested I should and didn’t tell me I would have to pay and I got charged another £150 crazy if you ask me I was charged more than I was the first time when I spoke to them online they suggested they would fix it FREE of charge I have screen shots of the conversation online

I had a spray tan at Balayage and wish I hadn’t bothered. My 10am appointment was the first of the day, and as the staff only arrived at 10am I was kept waiting. I was escorted to a crampt back room with no ventilation, poor lighting and a wicker room divider as a spray booth.
No heat on a cold autumn day, but I was given a towel to stand on the cold tile floor.
The spray machine was held together with tape, and the tanning fluid had oxidised leaving me Incredible Hulk green. Not recommended

Esma was lovely - she made my hair look lovely with a simple trim but more importantly she made me feel pampered.
