Getting my hair cut is a treat for myself and unfortunately this wasn't the treat I had imagined it to be when I had read the reviews and booked. I wasn't offered a drink until my hair was ready to blow dry and the general atmosphere felt a bit flat. I had booked with Karolina, however Esma cut my hair. No one mentioned why this was the case. Given the above, Esma still did a lovely cut and was very friendly and nice so I would defo recommend her.
