I hadn’t had a massage for several years. Shona worked intuitively and managed to release the tension that had built up in my shoulders and neck. It was a deep tissue massage very skilfully executed.

The treatment with Shona was brilliant and relaxing as always.
As well as her usual technique of also finding and sorting aches/pains I hadn’t been aware I had, this time I left feeling there was something different which I later realised that, unusually, I had been generally stressed or at least I realised I wasn’t any more!
