Shona and her team are absolutely amazing! Always super friendly! It's the most relaxed I've felt in a long time, even to the extent I fell asleep and woke myself up snoring! Such a relaxing experience would definitely recommend Balanced lifestyle!!!!!

The space within the treatment room is luxurious - as are the sheepskin cover and pillow! Sam always gives a great treatment and this was my first facial which was a beautiful experience. Many thanks.
