I've been visiting Shona for almost a year now, every 6-8 weeks for a regular intense massage, especially on my upper back. Shona is very skilled, will explain the treatment afterwards, what she done and why. Shona always asks how I'm feeling before treatment, if I have any niggles outwith my usual problem areas and will look to treat these. Shona is also warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to visit.
