My experience today left me confused
This was my 1st visit, one would expect a proper greeting by the receptionist. Some explanation as to the treatment or any advice. A courtesy glass of water is always offered in all salons but this receptionist kept talking on the phone!
I came out of my treatment thinking the areas I wanted massaging were left out so I went back to the same talking receptionist still on the phone & no help. Mentioned this & all she said was did you talk to Lana?
