My massage with Niko was great, she listened to my request to focus on my neck pain. BUT when I came in I heard the rude receptionist complaining loudly about me asking to change the masseuse (I made the call earlier). The receptionist has dark curly hair and she was also quite rude on the call. When I called to change from Lana to Weronika she said: “I told you already last time she is not coming back” - which is not true, she told me she was on holiday. SO RUDE!
