I had a very nice back massage and reflexology with Naz. She had the perfect balance of asking if the pressure was right and also leaving me to enjoy the experience. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after my treatments and would highly recommend!

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage but it was nothing like one — no proper technique, no attention to key areas. Worse, the therapist touched me inappropriately (e.g. fully massaged my breasts for minutes - this is just one example) throughout the session without consent. I felt deeply uncomfortable and violated. I emailed the spa directly but received no reply. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I urge others to avoid this place at all costs!
