I have been here numerous times, unfortunately on this occasion, the waxer missed out on a significant portion which I did not realize at the time. I am now going on holiday which makes this frustrating as I got the wax for my holidays

I did not have a nice experience. I arrived on time and was told to wait. There was no atmosphere in the reception and not really anywhere to set, and staff seemed frantic and stressed. About ten minutes later I was taken to a room. Once I was changed the head rest broke off the bed and another member of staff had to come in and fix it with no warning. The massage room had bright lights and no music. The massage was uncomfortable and I have never felt so tense - even though I was flinching in pain I was never asked if I was okay. The lady also had sharp nails which have hurt my skin. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy my experience at all.
