The woman who did the wax lacked professionalism. I walked in to their downstairs space and she was lounging while on her phone and didn't bother to acknowledge me walking in although we were the only 2 people there. I sat and sat ( I was 5-6 min. early) not knowing if she worked there or not so I asked. She said yes and then took me to begin a few min. later.
What a horrible job. Hairs still in several areas! It honestly looked like I tried to wax myself and missed all the places professionals always get. Never again. This place is awful. The woman who answers the phone was so polite she had me thinking it would be her doing the work, but apparently she just owns that part of the business and sets the appointments. The real worker is not good.
