The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, did not engage much.
The quality of the waxing was not good (big sections of wax used instead of small sections to avoid pain).
I felt I was treated very undignified (staff member opened the doors as I was getting dressed), among some other things.
When I asked for a paper towel to wipe some wax off, staff member ripped a piece of the paper lining on the bed and handed that to me.
