A wonderful birthday present
We had a fantastic day being pampered at the spa followed by afternoon tea. We were welcomed by friendly and professional receptionists, therapists and restaurant staff.
The spa facilities and the hotel were luxurious and perfectly clean and the massage and facial were among the best I have had.
The delicious afternoon tea was a lovely finish to the day.
Swedish Massage
The place was amazing. However, I found it quite difficult to breathe during Swedish massage through the hole you place your head down on in the bed as it was quite hot in there and there was a massive drawer below me with towels. When I told the massager about this, she said ‘ but you need to have your head done while I do your back’. So the for most of the session while my head was down I was finding it difficult to breathe. So drawer below needs removing along with better ventilation.
Swedish Massage
I loved this Spa experience. Ruta was so amazing and very friendly and fun to interact with. She made my friend (Birthday Boy) and I feel very welcome. I called weeks ago to surprise him with a Spa Day for his birthday and Ruta and Sandra (Therapist) were amazing. Ruta pulled out all the stops she made him a Pie with a candle on top and sang Happy Birthday their relaxation room was beautifully decorated and very inviting . The experience was the best I will be returning and telling my friends.
