I visited Ayurveda Retreat twice, as special treats to myself. Both visits were absolutely great. I loved the relaxed feel of the salon, with a friendly and straightforward reception area. It made me feel that it's a salon for anyone that is after a relaxing, therapeutic massage. The treatment rooms - I visited two different ones - were clean, welcoming and put me right in a chilled out mood. The therapists were great, both clearly put a lot of effort in and kept great communication doing. I felt at ease throughout, and really blissful after my visit. Much recommended!!
I would like to say that I very much enjoyed the 45 min massage I received. It was performed very well, professionally and I left your establishment feeling peaceful and relaxed.
I was impressed with my massage therapists abilities to get my knots out of my back. I was shocked at how great my massage therapist was able to do a truly deep tissue massage. I highly recommend this place!
Having previously visited and enjoyed the massage, left very disappointed. Receptionist was useless, didnt book us in with requested therapists, felt let down as would have cancelled, wasted money on a massage that was weak and rushed, when asked for more pressure was ignored. When I complained to management they offered me a 10% discount off the next massage, not good service, a refund for the first massage would be more appropriate. Won't be returning.

First, it has to be said, it was the best full-body massage I have receievd anywhere. Fran was superb.
However, I am not sure about the management. I was given a £60 voucher for my birthday and booked the treatment for Easter Sunday. Upon arriving at the venue on Easter Sunday, I was told that the therapist had called in sick and that my treatment would not go ahead. At this point I honestly would not have bothered going back except I had a voucher which was already paid for. A week later I walked in to rebook and was told they could fit me in on Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday late morning, they called me to say the therapist had called in sick and could I move my appointment forward by 30 minutes. I agreed even though it was a minor inconevenience as I was in London - I simply did not want to reschedule. I pointed out that this was the 2nd time I was being told this, and was promised a "discount" on the treatment. Following the excellent treatment I presented my voucher and was told that the system had it recorded as £50. The woman looked as if she did not know what to do. So I handed over the actual receipt for the voucher purchase which said £60. She again told me the system says it is £50. And then again. Eventually she said "ok, thank you have a nice day". I did not mention that I had been told I would get a discount on the treatment, simply because by that time I had no intention of going back. Would I recommend the therapist (Fran)? Absolutely. If you are lucky enough for them to honour your appointment. Would I go back? No.
