I had a great experience. The whole team were very welcoming and thorough. Dr Chakshu did my treatment and I felt amazing afterwards. She also gave lots of helpful recommendations for things I could do at home to maintain the benefits. I have already booked in my next session - highly recommend!

Absolute game-changer for athletic recovery. An underlying sports injury improved after 7 sessions; the therapist's precise muscle manipulations and deep massage unlocked tight joints.
