A total 5-star experience. I was burnt out with intense lower back pain, but the warm, peaceful atmosphere relaxed me instantly. The therapist’s expertise was impressive; they truly understood the cause of my stiffness. The herbal massage and 10-minute steam bath were luxurious and highly effective—my pain was significantly reduced. With a professional clinical approach, high standards, and a welcoming staff, this place is rare. Highly recommended!

Finally, a facial that doesn't use harsh chemicals! I had a wonderful experience at Ayur Manthra. I was worried about some skin congestion and dullness, but the therapist was so knowledgeable about herbal therapies. I started with the Neem facial for some sessions and it definitely worked for me. I have also tried their Papaya facial which really cleared my complexion, and the Aloe Vera facial which was so cooling and soothing. It wasn't just a beauty treatment; it felt like a proper health boos

Truly the best Indian head massage I've ever had. The attention to the pressure points in my neck and behind my ears was incredible. It's rare to find someone who understands the balance between firm therapeutic work and pure relaxation, but the therapist nailed it. My hair feels nourished from the oils, and my mind finally feels quiet. A must-visit if you're feeling burnt out. The whole place is clean, have a very welcoming reception from the start, and the entire atmosphere is calming and relaxing. All the staffs are polite, cheerful and always ready to help. Definitely will visit soon again.

I had a wonderful experience at Ayur Manthra Kerala Centre in Epsom. My head and whole body massage with Dr Chakshu was amazing, relaxing and restorative. She was incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and calming. I felt completely at ease in her care. The centre is very clean, the receptionist Alex is so welcoming and polite too, which made such a positive difference to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience.

Experienced a very welcoming atmosphere and thorough consultation before my treatments. Premises clean, comfortable and cozy. Both back massage and facial felt professional and therapeutic. Oils and creams smelt amazing.Left feeling relaxed.
