I had booked in for a gel manicure and removal. It took 40 mins to remove my gel (It was clear she was taking her time as my therapist was running over with another client). I then had a rushed 20 min manicure. Nails weren’t soaked to soften my cuticles, this is part of the manicure treatment, when my therapist cut my cuticles they were very painful. During the manicure the attitude from my therapist was of someone who didn’t want to be there. The end result was average - I will not return

It was my first visit to Awe London and was lovely to meet Cham, she explained to me what I was having done as it was my first time having BIAB manicure, she also explained what she was using throughout which was helpful to know. I was very happy with the outcome and hope that BIAB manicure works well for me. I definitely will be returning.Many thanks!
