Pros:

Cons:
- Limited selection of colours/shades (though my tech tried hard to find the kind of shades I was after)
- Didn't last as long as previous manicures, esp. matte top coat
- Shaping was wonky/slanted
- Gel applied with quite a gap from the cuticle making some nails look like they already had some grow out
- Wasn't told my technician was a newer/less experienced tech before booking
