BIAB nails was good. Pedicure was not good. Missing attention to detail, cuticles not addressed, nails weren’t painted in the colour chosen, parts missed which I only realised later, probably due to poor lighting. Only one coat when two is standard. Technician did not listen when I raised this and ignored. Chose nail colours from their ring options but they did not have them! Unfortunately disappointed with the value for money spent and lack of care, experience or knowledge

Best salon I’ve been to in London. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and so many options and services. The hygiene is the best I’ve ever seen at a salon, I won’t be going anywhere else!
