My massage was amazing she really make a effort to make me feel very good.
I wont call it a spa is more like a beauty place with a steam room and sauna but is no relaxing area!
Champagne was very nice and very cold!
I will go back for treatments.

The woman giving the facial was clearly a smoker and I could smell cigarettes whilst she was doing the facial - not exactly relaxing!

What go back again & have full body massage, was brilliant.

We arrived and were told that only one of us had been booked in and the spa was fully booked, despite having confirmed with the team earlier in the week. However after that initial hiccup, they managed to move things around and fit us both in for treatments and made up for it with a couple of cocktail vouchers to use in the lounge bar after our treatments which was a nice touch! Would recommend to friends but would make sure they triple check the booking before turning up!

It was a lovely experience as I went there to catch up with a friend that I hadn't seen for quite a while. We had the WOW sensation package which included a 25minute facial, 25minute back massage and 25minute body scrub. The therapists were absolutely lovely, I really enjoyed the facial I felt like I was in heaven and wanted her never to stop! The only comment I'd make is the space, as the lockers were situated between the sauna and steam room but other than that I had a lovely experience with my friend and we are considering coming back soon.
