The massage was amazing, and I didn't realise you also get a free sauna and steam room afterwards too. Will definitely be going back.

Tucked away inside the W, the AWAY Spa is a little oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of London's streets. The steam and sauna facilities are simply rooms off a short hallway in the spa - there is no real changing area as there are three 'bathrooms', each with a shower. The treatment was hands down (no pun intended!) the most relaxing massage I've had. Ever. I'd head back to the W for the massage alone!

Had a terrible experience at the W. My sister had booked spa treatments for my husband and I as a Christmas gift. She received vouchers from the spa via email in advance etc. When we arrived on the day, the spa had no record of our booking and were unable to accomodate us that afternoon. I was thoroughly disappointed especially as I had arranged for child care that day so my husband and I could use this treat together.

Nice place to spend some quality time relaxing and indulging in the high quality facilities. So good customer service, although I would urge the spa to ensure that customers leaving the hotel are not racially abused or otherwise.
Due to an incident with the security guards being rude and obtrusive upon our departure we will not return again to spend another £600.00.

Despite the size of the gym and spa, I had most of the facilities to myself - and I went on a Sunday. It was nice to have a private workout in the gym followed by a sauna to myself then a relaxing full-body massage ending with a glass of champagne. The spa is tiny so I imagine it can soon feel cramped if busier but I really enjoyed my visit.
