We booked a spa package for two on 26/12/17 on treatwell. The spa then called saying they were closed. We rescheduled to 31/12/17 - the day before they called saying one of their therapists was unwell so we could not have our massages at the same time - i asked to cancel & refund as this defeats the point of a spa package for 2 - they said I had to contact treatwell. Treatwell were very efficient at refunding me. Sadly we did not experience this venue.
