I booked a last minute facial at the Away Spa in the W Hotel and was really pleased with my experience. The staff are what make it there - those I dealt with were incredibly amenable and did everything they could to ensure a pleasant visit. My therapist was especially great - the facial was really nice and included some shoulder, arm & head massage so felt very indulgent!

The treatments were great but due to a therapist calling in sick all of the appointments were running behind schedule. I ended up spending about an hour waiting before/between treatments which wasn't ideal
