Clean, modern facilities. The changing room is the bathroom itself (as there is no designated area to change) so a bit uncomfortable to undress near a toilet. In the actual room, you can hear everyone/anyone who walks through the reception area. Facial was sub-par (no steam?, aesthetician was a bit chatty [though sweet], and also did not seem to know what the products being used actually were). Basically paid for a face massage. Every staff member was incredibly nice.
