A well presented salon with a friendly, chatty atmosphere. I had a blow dry with Hannah and she did a lovely job, and was nice to chat to. Really pleased with the result :).

The staff to start off with seemed really stressed and I felt that they were almost annoyed that I was there, but as the appoinment went on they became chattier with me and I'm very happy with the end results.

Absolutely perfect balayage by Tyrone, got the colour exactly what I wanted! Great hair cut too. Would definitely recommend. Was really good value for money too.

As a Chinese who lives in the UK, it’s really hard to get a satisfying haircut as most hair salons here don’t know how to deal with Asian hairs even those with high price. I went to Avesta during a trip here in Manchester, and I felt so lucky that Anita is an experienced stylist and got me a fantastic haircut, the best one I had in UK. Besides, all staffs here are very friendly, and the price is not expensive at all compare to where I live in Scotland, definitely worth it. I will come back next time when I visit Manchester again! Highly recommended to all Asian people if you want a place other than Chinatown and don’t forget to book online before you come as this is quite a popular choice among others.
