Sam was lovely! Very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn't really describe it well!! Have been going to Avesta for a few years and i absolutely love it and Sam is so wonderful.

I came in not knowing what I wanted however Hannah and I think her name was Chloe really gave me a few options on how short I wanted my hair which really did reassure me,I’m a person who didn’t want to keep dying my hair because I’m quite a lazy person but Hannah and Chloe gave me the option to do the balayage which would only need a touch up like twice a year which as you can tell I loved. I was also reassured when they checked my temperature when I walked in& the place &environment was lovely

I went with with a lockdown DIY job which had turned green....and came out feeling like normal again. Sam and all the staff made me feel at home despite it being my first time there and turning up with the most horrendous hair ever. Thank you
