My name is Edward Walker and I am a yoga and martial arts practitioner and massage therapist. I have been practising yoga for the past 6 years, completing my yoga teacher training in 2020 at Sampoorna yoga school based in Goa, South India. My ultimate aim is to help reconnect the mind, body and soul to begin healing and to help people more holistically. I have found the most benefit when using massage in conjunction with yoga and corrective exercises. I believe that when yoga and massage are combined, your body will start to look after you if you're willing to listen.
