Loved the massage here. My husband used the gym whilst i was having my massage and he had it all to himself. The massage was very relaxing and I really liked the music as well (a lot of the time spas have bad pan pipe or lift type music which I switch off to but I really enjoyed the chilled funky vibe in here). I would definitely return for the massage.
Aromatherapy Massage
It was a great experience. The therapist was very friendly and gave me a really relaxed message which helped me relieved the stress. The facilities i.e. sauna, steam room and gym are included which was great to have it before or after treatments. Will definitely go there again.
Aromatherapy Massage
I was lucky that they were able to fit me in last minute for a massage before christmas. The treatment itself was lovely and the therapist great but I was suprised when i looked at the clock at the end and it had only been for 40 minutes but I had booked for an hour. I am not sure what happened, however, this issue has been sorted and they have given me a complimentary half hour massage for the mis-understanding.

The facilities were good, Started off with unwinding in the steam and sauna room and then on to the facial. The therapist was very friendly and really took care of you, The facial was a rose facial, which was my first time and it smelt lovely! Also, left the skin feeling really soft and supple. The only downside would be that there wasn't much massage given to the temples. The free manicure was also a bonus.
Classic Facials
We originally booked our treatment at baker street branch, unforunately the staff was sick during the previous treatment and we had to cancel our booking at this branch and moved to this branch for our treatment which is almost 2 hours later. The treatment itself was so far so good, and i was ok satisfy with the management's solution on that day. But the sauna and stream room i found it a little bit disappointing as they are not actually that clean. The owner of the spa could be more polity when dealing with my refund for the parking fee.
