Ice cold treatment room and even colder atmosphere! The owner/therapist Laura was rude about my skincare regime and seemed determined to find something negative about absolutely everything! Just generally a very unfriendly negative person which led to a very bizarre experience instead of a pampering one.

I had the microdermabrasion and CF treatment. The staff member was rude and was rude about my skincare even though I worked with a dermatologist to make sure my skincare suited me and it has helped my skin tremendously. This has made me question the staff members expertise. She also was touching my skin with her hands which I did not see her clean. My skin after the treatment was nice for 1-2 days and then little spots came which I think are from bacteria. The products they use are not good.

Laura was lovely and very thorough in trying to relieve my back pain, identifying where the tension came from and tending to it very well. I really enjoyed my first hot stone massage and will definitely be back.
