Booked this appointment for my boyfriend as his skin needed treatment and he was complaining of sore shoulders. Laura did a fantastic job in the consultation of his skin and also the execution of the massage + facial. Definitely booking a second appointment for my boyfriend.

From first contact, the staff were very friendly and reassuring. The treatment itself, was as expected, very painful. But I was treated with kid gloves, to minimise the pain as much as possible. Highly recommended
