I booked a gel removal and gel application for my toenails and hands which came out OK. However, when I arrived I was told I didn’t book the manicure gel application and I have to pay £25 extra, which was not right because I paid for the full service prior to the appt. When I mentioned it they mumbled and got awkward and I had to mention it a few times for them to accept I had paid. Really poor service on that front and bad character.
