I booked a strip Hollywood wax but was advised to upgrade to hot wax for £10 extra. Once home, I saw lots of hair left on my bum cheeks. I returned to ask for a fix, but was told it would cost another £10. I was shocked—this should be included in a Hollywood wax. I felt misled and the result was messy. Very disappointed and won’t return.
