The massage was great. Went in there for a trapped muscle around my neck and shoulder, but was not expecting a miracle. After a couple of days the pain was all gone. The hot towel at the end of it all was the cherry on top. Really good. Highly recommend Jumi. Will definitely be back for facial treatments and massages.

Good wax but one of the waxing ladies was quite aggressive. When waxing my arm she held it in a way that hurt me. The other lady was gentle yet efficient.
