Usually love this place but today wasn’t a great experience. Massage went for 20-25 minutes instead of 30 and I still have a knot in my left shoulder which I was hoping they would target…bit disappointed. Also no one downstairs when I left to ask how the service was…not a great experience.

I arrived with a very knotted back so whilst some of the massage was uncomfortable I was in a hugely improved state when I left. Having been to a couple of other places without much improvement this was a great surprise and I will return soon. Thank you Anita
