I absolutely love Chelsea and the service she provides. She really makes you feel listened to! My issue was treatwell as my appointment was booked for 1:45 (even in my confirmation email) but told AOG that my appointment was at 2pm, 15 minutes yes.. but there is a big difference! I really like Chelsea and how caring, attentive, professional and helpful she is. The only reason I marked the atmosphere with 4stars is because I kept getting cold with the fan on.
Go again? Indeed! :D

Fantastic pregnancy massage. I was given a towel to place under my bump. Massage was lovely and relaxing whilst getting out knots and aches in my back and legs. Additional little head massage at the end really made it wonderful.

They used to have a loyalty card just a few months ago. I need only 2 more circles to be marked and then I get a discount. I asked if they could mark one of the circles, she was new and messaged the team chat. No one replied. I sent a contact form query - no one replied. Convenient….
