I feel bad writing this, but I need to be honest so that others don't experience the same. I booked a deep cleanse facial but was told at my appt that I'd be better w/ microdermabrasion. This would cost £89 more than I'd paid. Whilst the treatment (& therapist) were nice, I felt pressured into it. I was then asked to pay by bank transfer (which I was unable to do) & they made me feel AWFUL about it. On TW, the treatment was only £9 more than what I'd paid originally, so I feel pretty scammed.
