I was really glad to find this last minute appointment. Gemma was friendly and efficient. The facial was okay. No noticeable difference in my skin afterwards, which I generally have had in the past at other clinics.

Gemma was sensational - if I could fly to Edinburgh from Australia every time I need a wax from Gemma I would ! She was fantastic - attentive, welcoming, professional, friendly - definition of a superstar worker !
